The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Actions to support Sustainable Operation of the Fuel and Energy Enterprises"

The Law prolongs the applicable procedure for the fuel and energy enterprises to repay the arrears by January 1, 2013. The arrears as of January 1, 2007 shall be repaid.

The fuel and energy enterprises enlisted in the Register of Fuel and Energy Enterprises that participate in the arrears repayment can restructure the body of the tax payable for twenty years.

The draft is registered under Reg. No.7266.
